About This Conference

This program showcases the intersection of art law and intellectual property law. Plan now to attend this timely forum where experts will discuss a range of issues and trends. The Symposium will bring together an inspiring group of individuals to publish their writings in our journal in the 2015 RIPL Symposium Issue and present their works at the symposium on October 24, 2014. Topics include how to define art, how courts look at art and appropriation, the importance of cultural heritage, and trademarks as art.
